MIC 12-1 Soda Canning Equipment (1000-2000CPH)

A tabletop sealer works fine until your order volume outgrows it. That is the point where most producers start looking at automatic soda canning equipment instead of running two shifts on a machine built for small batches. The MIC 12-1 is where we send customers who have hit that wall.

This line fills and seams cans in one continuous process, running 12 filling heads alongside a single seaming head to hit 1000 to 2000 cans per hour depending on can size and product. We built it around an isobaric, counter-pressure filling system, which matters more than it sounds. Counter pressure filling equalizes the pressure inside the can before liquid enters, so carbonated product goes in without foaming and without losing dissolved CO2. That is the difference between a can that tastes flat by the time it reaches a shelf and one that does not.

How the Filling System Actually Works

This soda filling machine runs at a filling temperature of 0 to 4°C, cold enough to keep carbonation stable through the fill. The tank itself is food-grade 304 stainless steel with a high-precision buffing finish, and we add a CIP connector on request so your team can clean the system without breaking it down by hand between runs.

The seaming side uses a cam-driven mechanism with adjustable rollers, tuned to form a seam within can-maker spec in under a second. We refined this seamer design over roughly two decades of production use, and the current version reflects a lot of small corrections that came directly from customer feedback on earlier models, not just a lab test sheet.

One detail buyers often miss: this same machine handles non-carbonated products too. Swap the counter-pressure filling valves for standard pressure valves, and it fills energy drinks, cold brew coffee, vitamin water, and herbal tea without touching the rest of the line. If you are running a soda brand now but expect to add other beverage categories later, that flexibility saves you from buying a second machine down the road.

Inline can rinser / can washing machine

The inline can rinser is used to clean the empty cans by clean water before filling, we can add this can rinser in the beginning of filling line. The twist cages are customized with your sample cans. As long as the height and diameter of your cans are different, you need to buy the extra set twist cages to change.

Isobaric pressure / counter pressure filling system

“MIC” Isobaric pressuring filling does not create foaming during fill, unless beer is above 40°F. Counter Pressure filling leaves 1.27CM headspace, required by can manufacturers for product expansions and potential warming during distribution. Our machine will not foaming and it can keep low DO in the cans. Counter pressuring filling does not create foaming during filling process. Adopts high precision buffing process and food grade 304 stainless steel liquid tank. It will equipped with CIP connector as customer's demand.
