This pasteurizer is designed and manufactured for use in beer and other beverage filling production lines. It is a tunnel
pasteurizer which is a method of processing containers that have already been filled. The unprocessed product is poured into the container, the container is sealed, and then conveyed by the conveyor belt into the inside of the tunnel pasteurizer. In each temperature zone in the pasteurizer, the container is sprayed with water at different temperatures, that is, the sterilization phase and the cooling phase. It uses that the water sprayed on the cooler container will become hot. This part of the hotter water is used to cool the hotter container that has been sterilized, so that the container can be gradually cooled, which can avoid The taste loss caused by overheating can also prevent the sudden change of the thermal stress of the container from causing broken bottles or bottle deformation. And after the heating area and the cooling area are connected to each other, the energy is well regenerated-this is called the principle of energy regeneration. The tunnel pasteurizer makes full use of this heat balance principle, and the energy consumption is very low. Only the sterilization area uses limited energy.

Water Pump and Water Input Pipe and Water Drain-pipe and Water-circulating Pipe

Water pump: The function is make the water in the tank is continuously circulated to the spray nozzles.
Water input pipe: The function is input the normal temperature water into the water tank.
Water drain-pipe: The function is drain the dirty water which used for 2-3 days.
Water-circulating pipe: When the temperature controller detect the water temperature is overheated, the solenoid valve will opened automaticlly to drain the overheated water to outside.


Checking Window

You can open it to check the inside working situation. But, we don't suggest to open it during the working process.
