1. Can stack conveyor: Forklifts transport pallets filled with empty cans and place them on the pallet conveyor. Two can be prepared for stacking. Then the conveyor transports it to the pallet lifting platform of the main machine; The transmission motor of the pallet conveyor is controlled by a speed controller, and it slowly starts from a stopped state during transportation, which can avoid the danger of empty cans tipping over due to sudden start.


2. Tank pallet lifting platform host room: Chain type lifting tank stack, self-locking lifting design, layered lifting positioning, motor drive; Layered unloading of tanks, with SUS304 stainless steel plates on three sides. The pallet lifting platform lifts the positioned empty tank pallet to the unloading height. After unloading the empty tank, the pallet is lowered and placed on the conveyor; All upward and downward movements are controlled by a self-locking lifting system device, and the speed of upward or downward movement can be adjusted separately to meet operational needs.


3. Empty tank unloading device: Mesh chain platform height: 2.83 meters high, 1.2 meters wide, 3 meters long, high-quality plastic steel mesh chain; Using a cylinder motor to drive the can pushing device, the entire layer of empty cans is pushed onto the mesh conveyor and then returned to the preparation position. The cans on the mesh conveyor are driven by the motor and transported to the conveyor chain. The can pushing device continues to push out the next layer of cans for unloading.


4. Empty tray conveyor: Export empty trays and use a forklift to remove the trays;


5. Operator corridor: equipped with stairs and guardrails, with a patterned bottom plate thickness of 2MM; structurally safe, convenient for operators to use and maintain equipment; And more effective protection of personnel safety.
