Working Steps
1. Initial Setup:The turntable slows down.The clamping cylinder activates, positioning the plywood upright.The wrapping film begins to wrap around the plywood and pallet.
2. Clamping and Film Application:The turntable comes to a complete stop.The swing arm cylinder moves into position.Once in place, the magnetic switch sends an electric signal.The clamping cylinder engages, holding the plywood upright.The wrapping film is secured.The film brushing cylinder activates, pressing the wrapping film against the goods using a sponge tube on the swing arm.Simultaneously, the heating wire energizes to cut the wrapping film.
3. Return Mechanism:The swing arm returns to its original position.The magnetic switch for the swing arm cylinder sends an electric signal.The film brushing cylinder moves.The swing arm completes its return to the starting position.
4. New Cargo Handling:A new cargo pallet is positioned at the turntable.The turntable rotates and winds the film 2-3 times around the cargo.Plywood 1 and Plywood 2 return to their original positions.The previously clamped wrapping film is released.
5. Repetition of Process:The above steps are repeated for each new cargo pallet as it is packed.
