Engineered for High-Volume Beverage Production Excellence

Meet the industry's most advanced drink packaging machine - the 24-24-8 Monoblock PET Bottle Filling System. Designed specifically for beverage manufacturers requiring exceptional throughput and precision, this integrated solution represents the pinnacle of bottling technology. With its innovative 24-station rinsing, 24-station filling, and 8-station capping configuration, this complete drink bottling machine delivers unmatched performance for water plants, juice producers, and carbonated beverage facilities alike.

Unmatched Performance for Carbonated Beverage Applications

As a specialized soft drink bottling machine, our system incorporates critical technology for handling carbonated products with precision. The counter-pressure filling technology ensures perfect carbonation retention while minimizing foaming, guaranteeing that every bottle maintains its intended fizz and flavor profile. The monoblock design integrates all three essential processes - rinsing, filling, and capping - into one continuous, seamless operation, eliminating transfer delays and maximizing production efficiency.

Technical Superiority in Every Detail

  • High-Speed Production Capability: Achieve outputs of up to 5,400 bottles per hour with the optimized 24-24-8 configuration

  • Advanced Filling Technology: Equipped with either gravity filling for still beverages or precise counter-pressure filling for carbonated drinks

  • Universal Beverage Compatibility: Effortlessly handle water, juices, tea, energy drinks, and carbonated soft drinks

  • Hygienic Stainless Steel Construction: Manufactured from food-grade 304 stainless steel with CIP/SIP capabilities

  • Intelligent Control System: PLC with color touchscreen interface for recipe management, production monitoring, and diagnostic functions

Why This Drink Packaging Machine Stands Apart

This comprehensive drink bottling machine sets new standards in beverage production through its innovative engineering and robust construction. The machine's versatility allows manufacturers to quickly switch between different beverage types and bottle sizes with minimal downtime. As a dedicated soft drink bottling machine, it features specially designed filling valves that maintain carbonation levels while preventing oxygen ingress, ensuring extended shelf life and consistent product quality.

Key Operational Benefits

  • Maximum Efficiency: Simultaneous rinsing, filling, and capping operations reduce cycle times by up to 40% compared to standalone machines

  • Precision Filling: Achieve fill accuracy within ±0.5% across all 24 filling stations, significantly reducing product giveaway

  • Reduced Maintenance: Robust construction and premium components ensure reliable operation with minimal downtime

  • Energy Optimization: Variable frequency drives and efficient pneumatic systems lower operational costs

  • Space-Saving Design: Monoblock configuration requires up to 30% less floor space than equivalent modular systems

Applications and Versatility

This advanced drink packaging machine accommodates an extensive range of beverages:

  • Carbonated Soft Drinks: Sodas, club sodas, and carbonated waters

  • Non-Carbonated Beverages: Still waters, juices, and ready-to-drink teas

  • Functional Drinks: Sports drinks, energy beverages, and enhanced waters

  • Liquid Food Products: Dairy drinks, plant-based beverages, and liquid nutritional products

Equipment Features

  • The machine features a compact structure, a comprehensive control system, user-friendly operation, and a high degree of automation.

  • All parts contacting materials are made of imported high-quality stainless steel, with no process dead corners, making them easy to clean.

  • Equipped with high-precision, high-speed quantitative filling valves to ensure accurate liquid level, no liquid loss, and excellent filling quality.

  • Incorporates an efficient cap sorting system with comprehensive cap feeding technology and protection devices.

  • Changing bottle shapes does not require adjusting the equipment height; it can be achieved simply by replacing the bottle transfer stars, making the operation simple and convenient.

  • The control system includes functions such as automatic water level control, cap absence detection, bottle rinsing auto-stop, and production counting.

  • The bottle washing system uses highly efficient cleaning spray nozzles produced by Spraying Systems Co. (USA), capable of cleaning every part inside the bottle.

  • Key electrical components, control valves, frequency converters, etc., are all imported to ensure the machine's excellent performance.

  • All components in the pneumatic system are internationally renowned products.

Washing Part

Washing Part

The bottles enter the rinsing machine via the transfer star wheel. Sterilized water is used, and the bottle clamps hold the bottle neck while flipping it 180° upward along the rinsing guide rail to position the neck downward. In a specific area of the rinsing machine (determined by the water distribution plate—the rinsing water is pumped by the rinsing water pump into the distribution plate, which then distributes it through 24 pipelines to the rinsing clamps), the nozzles of the rinsing clamps spray water to clean the inner walls of the bottles. After rinsing and draining, the bottles are flipped 180° downward along the guide rail while held by the clamps, positioning the neck upward. The cleaned bottles are then discharged from the rinsing machine via a transition steel wheel (for pure water rinsing) and conveyed to the next process—filling.

Filling Part

Filling Part

The bottles entering the filling machine are held at the bottle mouth by the bottleneck pallet, and the filling valve is lowered and raised by a mechanical lifting mechanism under the action of a cam. The filling process is carried out using a plunger filling method. After the mechanical lifting and lowering mechanism leaves the contact bottle mouth, it opens to complete the filling process. After the filling is completed, the mechanical mechanism lifts and closes the filling valve, leaving the bottle mouth. After the filling is completed, the bottle bottleneck transition wheel enters the capping machine

Capping Part

Capping Part

After filling, the bottle enters the capping machine through the bottleneck transition wheel. The anti rotation knife on the capping machine locks onto the bottleneck, keeping the bottle upright and preventing rotation. The capping head keeps revolving and rotating on the capping machine, and under the action of the cam, it achieves the actions of grabbing, covering, screwing, and removing the capping, completing the entire capping process. The finished bottles are transferred from the capping machine to the bottle conveyor chain through the bottle dispensing wheel, and then transported out of the three in one bottling machine by the conveyor chain. The entire equipment is enclosed by a sealed window, with the height of the sealed window higher than the highest point of the equipment. There are appropriate passages left at the bottle inlet and outlet, and an exhaust duct is left at the bottom of the sealed window.
