MIC 24-24-6 Automatic Soda Bottling Machine is applicable for glass bottle soda filling capping

The MIC 18-18-1 soda bottling machine from Micmachinery is a complete 3 in 1 solution that handles rinsing, filling and capping all in one smooth and continuous operation. This machine runs at a speed of 800 to 1500 bottles per hour based on 330ml bottles which makes it a perfect fit for small to medium scale beverage producers who need a reliable and consistent output every single day without the complexity of managing multiple separate machines on their production floor. 

The soda bottling machine is fully automatic from start to finish so your operators spend less time managing the process and more time focusing on the quality of what comes out at the other end.

The machine works beautifully for carbonated soft drinks, soda water, sparkling water, beer and other gas containing beverages. It uses an isobaric low temperature filling system which keeps the carbonation locked inside every bottle during the entire filling process without creating foam or losing fizz. Every bottle that comes off this line is filled to the exact right level every single time. 

The soda bottle machine handles both glass bottles and PET bottles and works with aluminum steel proof caps which gives you real flexibility in how you package your product. The soda bottle machine can also be adjusted freely to accommodate different bottle sizes and shapes which means you are never locked into one format as your product range grows.

The entire body of this drink bottling machine is made from food grade SUS304 stainless steel which makes it strong, corrosion resistant and very easy to clean between production runs. The main motor runs on only 0.75 kw and the total power consumption is 2.5 kw which is very energy efficient for the output this machine delivers on a daily basis.

The bottle input conveyor uses a transducer with adjustable speed and the output conveyor uses an adjustable speed motor which together keep the whole line running smoothly and without any sudden stops or bottle jams.

The capping section of this beer bottling machine uses electromagnetic capping heads that apply caps with remarkable consistency and reliability. The cap distributing chute has a built in photocell switch that stops the capper automatically when there are no caps inside the chute so you never get an uncapped bottle passing through the line by mistake. 

The capper also has an inlet bottle detection switch so it knows exactly when a bottle is in position before applying the cap. This beer bottling machine also doubles as a fully capable glass bottle soda bottling equipment option for producers who prefer glass packaging over PET for certain products or markets.

The washing section of this glass bottle soda bottling equipment uses a spraying system that turns each bottle upside down and rinses it thoroughly with clean water before the filling process begins. After the rinse the bottle is returned to an upright position and moves smoothly into the filling zone.

Capping Part

Capping part is mainly composed of capping heads, cap loader (separated), cap unscrambler, cap drop rail, pressure regular, cylinder and also we need an air compressor as the auxiliary external equipment.

Cap distributing chute is equipped with a photocell switch to stop the capper when there is no cap inside the chute. The capper is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.

Filling Part

Filling part is mainly composed of filling barrel, filling valve (low temperature and isobar filling), filling pump, bottle hanging device / bottle pedestals, guide rail, elevating device, liquid indicator, pressure gauge, pressure regulator, etc.

Rotary wheel fully made of stainless steel SUS 304. Filling valves are made of SUS316L. Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling. Bottles go up and down in the function of cam through elevator, to process filling with contact to bottle-mouth.
