Features of filling machinery:
The whole procedure is full auto, and suitable for glass bottle and aluminum steel-proof caps for filling vodka, wine. The applicable bottle type can be adjusted freely and conveniently. That is why the machine has more capacity and benefit compared other machine with same specification. This machine is adopted advanced programmable PLC, and make the machine running auto, and bottle input conveyor adopts transducer with speed adjustable, and bottle output conveyor adopts speed adjustable motor. Cooperation with transducer of main machine makes the bottle running smoothly and reliably, it is convenient to operate with high auto because of every part of machine is inspected to run by photoelectric detector. The machine is idea-preferred equipment for beverage makers.

Technical features

1, Filling valves adopt high-precision mechanic filling valve with mechanism of no bottle, no vacuumizing.

2, Out-placement mechanic structure. There is no spring in the valve.

3, There are two times of vacuumizing, equipping high pressure foam simulating device.

4, Driving adopts combination of open-type gear and gear. Adopt stepless frequency speed adjustment.

5, This machine equips automatic lubrication device.

6, Equip automatic washing device for broken bottles.

7, The lift of liquid tank, capping heads and control ring is electric to adapt to different height bottles.

8, The product level in the filling tank is controlled by electric probe to keep stable level and reliable filling.

Washing Part

Washing part is mainly composed of washing pump, bottle clamps, water distributor, up turn-plate, guide rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray, rinse water take and rinse water refluxing tank.
The bottle is turned upside down and centered above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again.


Filling Part

Filling part is mainly composed of filling barrel, filling valve (low temperature and isobar filling), filling pump, bottle hanging device / bottle pedestals, guide rail, elevating device, liquid indicator, pressure gauge, pressure regulator, etc.
Rotary wheel fully made of stainless steel SUS 304. Filling valves are made of SUS316L. Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling. Bottles go up and down in the function of cam through elevator, to process filling with contact to bottle-mouth.


Capping Part

Capping part is mainly composed of capping heads, cap loader (separated), cap unscrambler, cap drop rail, pressure regular, cylinder and also we need an air compressor as the auxiliary external equipment.
Cap distributing chute is equipped with a photocell switch to stop the capper when there is no cap inside the chute. The capper is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.
