The appearance of the host is rectangular, with adjustable feet at the bottom for adjusting the height and level of the machine. The machine is equipped with a flushing system, a filling system, and a sealing system. The upper part of the conveyor chain is equipped with a photoelectric sensing device that matches the number of cylinders. The lower part of the machine is equipped with a control box.

Automatic film cutting and cap removal machine

Bucket water film cutting and cap removal machine, all pipes and plates are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, and the film cutting does not damage the bottle mouth, including film storage.
Adopting the latest two-piece pull-out head, it has good stability and high efficiency, with the function of kicking the bucket without unplugging the lid. For some buckets with poor fit between the lid and the bucket, if the lid is not unplugged, it will automatically detect and kick the bucket out of the conveyor belt to prevent it from flowing into the later process and causing the machine to get stuck.

Automatic external brush machine

The inner brush is driven by the electric device and the cylinder to enter the large barrel. After everything is ready, the signal output commands the inner brush and the outer brush to start simultaneously. The main rotating brush runs in the opposite direction to the inner brush, and the barrel automatically completes the thorough cleaning of the barrel body, inner and outer walls, barrel neck, and barrel bottom under the action of the brush; The flushing water pump continuously sprays water or cleaning agent onto each brush, and is collected by the lower water collection tray before entering the cleaning agent water tank.

Lamp inspection machine

The LED light inspection box adopts LED light source and imported high transmittance light guide plate, with uniform light intensity distribution, no dark areas, no flicker, stable color temperature, making the screen brighter and softer. It is particularly effective in detecting chromaticity, turbidity, water leakage, visible objects to the naked eye, etc; It can be widely used in fields such as food, healthcare, electronics, etc.

Automatic heat shrink machine

This process is completed by a steam heat shrink machine: the water tank is connected to the finished water pipeline, the float type electronic water level controller sets the water level, and the electric heater heats the water in the kettle. When the preset value is reached (2 to 4 atmospheres), this process takes about 10-20 minutes. At this time, the steam temperature is 140-170 ℃, and the machine can start working. When the bucket passes under the steam scattering cover, it sprays downwards to heat the neck of the bucket, completing the heat shrink film.

Automatic bagging machine

The filled bottled water is sent to the bagging machine through the conveying system, which is detected by the detection switch and automatically positioned and bagged. The packaged bags are tight, clean, hygienic, and have a uniform and beautiful shape. This fully automatic bagging machine has stable working performance and can improve packaging efficiency.
