Within the cutting unit, labels undergo precise cutting facilitated by a combination of PLC commands and servo-motor control, ensuring an exact cut-off point.

3. Two narrow strips of hot melt glue are applied to join the labels together. These adhesive strips, administered by a heated glue roller, are placed on both the leading and trailing edges of the labels.
