Operating Procedure:
The containers are conveyed by the infeed starwheel and directed onto the container table. Rotation of the containers commences as they are situated between the container plates and centering bells.

The feed roller's velocity is adjusted to accommodate the necessary label length, maintaining continuous web tension. An integrated threading unit guarantees optimal film feed. Labels are accurately severed in the cutting unit, with a precise cut-off point facilitated by a PLC command and servo-motor.

Two narrow strips of hot melt adhesive join the labels together, applied by a heated glue roller to both leading and trailing edges of the labels. The label possessing the adhesive strip on its leading edge is then transferred onto the container, ensuring precise label positioning and a secure bond. As the container rotates during label application, the labels are affixed tightly. Gluing of the trailing edge ensures proper adhesion.
