MIC RGF series 3 in 1 plastic/PET bottle filling machine are mainly used for mineral water , pure water, hot juice, tea drink and non-carbonated beverage production line. The machine adopts gravity filling, high-precision, high-speed liquid level filling valve, liquid level accuracy ≤ ±2mm.

When the bottle shape needs to be changed, and the diameter of the bottle body remains the same or only has a small change, the bottle shape can be switched without any adjustment of the equipment. When the diameter of the bottle body changes greatly, it only takes a short time to replace the bottle body part of the dial wheel. It greatly facilitates the user's use, and saves the user's bottle shape switching cost and time.

Bottle Washing Part

- All 304/316 stainless steel rinse heads and rinse disk, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption and more clean.

- 304/316 Stainless steel Gripper, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing.

- Washing pump is made of 304/316 stainless steel.

- The washing part power is transmitted through gears by the transmission system in the machine frame.

Bottle Filling Part

- 304/316 Stainless steel high precision filling nozzle. liquid level accuracy ≤ ±0.2mm.

- Filling volume adjustable in fine rank, same liquid level after filling

- All 304/316 stainless steel contact parts & liquid tank, fine polish, no death corner, easy to clean.

- 304/316 stainless steel filling pump.

- Can be connected to CIP cleaning device.
