This machine is auto negative pressure vacuum filling, auto bottle detecting( no bottle no filling ), filling for three times. Auto dropping of crimp pump cap, circulation of spray bottles’ die set, It is wide adaptability which can meet to requirements of different dimension and filling volume of containers.

This filling machine can be divided into automatic bottles feeding (Also can use choose manual load bottle)automaticfilling, automaticpumpcapcapping head, pre-capping head for regulate and tighten up pump cap head and automatic capping etc. The filling separate 3 timesfilling ,capping separate 2 times capping, Ensure the filling Accuracy.

Vacuum sealing Filling head:
Our filling head have 2 jackets
You can see the filling split connect with 2 pipes. The outside jacket connect with vacuum suction air pipe. The inner jacket connect with filling perfume material pipe. Outside jacket connect with Negative pressure suction air pipe(There are have a vacuum generator connect with the air pipe) . Before filling perfume, outside jacket will sealing the bottle mouth first and suction the air form bottle,Then inner jacket connect with the filling material pipe will begin filling after the outside pipe suction air form empty bottle, So the filling head is completely sealing vacuum filling( without leakage and splash)

Liquid level control of filling heads:
Our machine filling head have a suction liquid return back function, When the filling liquid reach we set fix Level, the overage liquid will be suctioned back, Because when inner pipe filling material reach the fix level of outside jacket. The outside jacket willsuction the overage material back to material tank, So ensure the filling liquid level.

Capping head:
Pump cap Capping head separate 2 part

First part:
Pre-tighten up and regulate position of pump cap head. Because when manipulator insert pump cap into bottle, the position will be wrong, So this pre-capping head used to tighten up and regulate the position of pump cap.

Second part:
Capping head, After ensure the position of pump cap is right, second cap capping this pump cap tight. Capping head all adopt the air cylinder pneumatic control Ensure won’t happen explode Capping head all will customize according to customer different cap Motor drive chain and cam running, High Precision import Cam and slicer Ensure machine running is stable, and turn table turn angle is very accuracy, Motor use Explosion-proof motors Ensure won’t happen explode.

Vacuum generator:
Used to connect with suction air pipe. So can ensure filling head is vacuumnegative pressure filling
