This MIC L30 SEMI-AUTO ALUMINIUM TUBE FILLING & SEALING MACHINE is a 4 folded sealing filling machine.

A semi-auto aluminum tube filling and sealing machine is mainly used for metal hose filling andsealing.About the seal:：We tested the firmness of the end sealing by stepping on the filled pipe with the foot, only the side of the pipe was broken, and the end sealing was still strong and beautiful.It has been widely used in the fields of pharmacy, cosmetic, food and chemical etc.

It has 16 positions for filling and sealing. Materials such as paste, adhesives, AB glue, epoxy glue, skin cream, hair dye, shoe polish, toothpaste etc., are all applicable.

STEP1: Manually put tubes into the molds on the plate (16 points)
STEP2: Tubes point located by the device (color sensor optional)
STEP3: Start filling when the tube is sensed by the light
STEP4: 4 folds sealing and output finished products

1.Cam Cylinder- Each filling the tube base will up
The function is to enable the hair dye cream to be filled to the bottom ofthe tube without contact with air, so thatthe material does not deteriorate

2.The Nitrogen Dosing Filling systemThis function is to prevent the hair dye cream from hardening after being exposed to air, because the product cannot be used.

Nitrogen is charged once before filling, and once after filling,to remove excess air in the tube.
Note:Nitrogengenerators canbe purchased fromusor you can own them

3.Air-blow cutting system:
The fluidity of the hair dye cream is very poor, and it cannot flow from the filling head to the tube through its own fluidity. Therefore, this function is to help cut offthe hair dye cream when itflows to the tube and make it fall into the tube.

4.Rotary Valve
Especially for High viscosity products, like silicone sealant, hair dye,etc products, help filling into tube
