DHX1 homogeneous & emulsification pump has a set of double stators and double rotors in pump chamber.

 

Drive shaftof rotors is made of S.S.316,seal equipment is double mechanical seal with water flush.Pump shaft is supported by bearing housing,and link with motor through coupling.

 

The theory of this pup is intaking mediumfrom inlet and outputfrom outlet after homogenizing and emulsifying.
